Our Mission
Our mission is to provide young African women with the opportunity to gain valuable digital skills and connect with international companies through virtual internships. Amy’s Story
Amy is a 22-year-old young woman from Senegal who had to drop out of university due to financial difficulties. Her father had passed away, and her mother was unable to afford the cost of her education. Despite her circumstances, Amy was determined to continue learning and growing.
That’s when she heard about ESANTIC Lab’s virtual internship program. Through our program, we trained Amy in digital marketing skills and helped her secure a virtual internship with a US-based company. With our support, she was able to work from her home in Senegal and gain international work experience. She was able to finish her studies in June of this year, thanks to our internship fund. Today, Amy is a successful freelance digital marketing specialist, helping companies create highly effective sales funnels.
The Impact of Our Program

In the past year alone, we have helped over 50 young women like Amy gain valuable digital skills and secure virtual internships with international companies. Our goal is to increase that number to 25 placements per month by the end of 2023.
