From Intern to Entrepreneur: How a Senegalese Woman Built a Successful Quiz Funnel

Empowering Young African Women Through Virtual Internships

In today’s digital age, having strong digital skills is crucial for success in the workforce. However, not everyone has access to the resources and opportunities necessary to develop these skills. This is especially true for young African women, who often face financial barriers to accessing higher education and training programs.

At ESANTIC Lab, we believe that every young woman deserves the chance to pursue her dreams, regardless of her circumstances. That’s why we’re committed to empowering young African women through our virtual internship program.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide young African women with the opportunity to gain valuable digital skills and connect with international companies through virtual internships. We believe that by providing these opportunities, we can help young women overcome financial barriers and achieve their full potential.

Amy’s Story

Amy is a 22-year-old young woman from Senegal who had to drop out of university due to financial difficulties. Her father had passed away, and her mother was unable to afford the cost of her education. Despite her circumstances, Amy was determined to continue learning and growing.

That’s when she heard about ESANTIC Lab’s virtual internship program. Through our program, we trained Amy in digital marketing skills and helped her secure a virtual internship with a US-based company. With our support, she was able to work from her home in Senegal and gain international work experience. She was able to finish her studies in June of this year, thanks to our internship fund. Today, Amy is a successful freelance digital marketing specialist, helping companies create highly effective sales funnels.

The Impact of Our Program

Amy’s success story is just one example of the impact that our program has had on the lives of young African women. In the past year alone, we have helped over 50 young women like Amy gain valuable digital skills and secure virtual internships with international companies. Our goal is to increase that number to 25 placements per month by the end of 2023.

Through our program, we provide young women with the training and support they need to succeed in the digital economy. We help them gain valuable skills in fields like digital marketing, web development, graphic design, and data analysis. And we connect them with companies that are looking for talented and motivated young professionals.

Join the Movement

If you believe in our mission and want to help empower young African women, we invite you to join our movement. Our program is unique in that we don’t ask for donations upfront. Instead, we ask companies to provide virtual internships to our program participants. Once the interns have completed their internships, the companies can choose to make a donation to our program if they are satisfied with the interns’ work.

This approach allows us to provide valuable opportunities to young women while also ensuring that our program is sustainable and self-sufficient. We believe that it’s a win-win for everyone involved, and we’re excited to see the impact that our program will have in the years to come.

Conclusion

At ESANTIC Lab, we are committed to empowering young African women through virtual internships. We believe that every young woman deserves the chance to pursue her dreams, regardless of her circumstances. And we’re proud to be able to make that possible through our program.

If you want to be a part of our movement and help make a difference in the lives of young African women, we invite you to join us. Together, we can create a brighter future for everyone.
