The CCDES Program:
The CCDES program provides every participant with a personalized AI-powered training account, as well as guaranteed virtual internship opportunities with our esteemed international partner companies. These internships last for 3 months, with 10 hours per week dedicated to hands-on learning, and can be renewed indefinitely. Our solution combines online theoretical training with practical experience, allowing participants to learn digital skills quickly while working on actual projects. They have the unique opportunity to switch between several international companies, collaborating with professionals from diverse backgrounds. And the best part? All of this can be done virtually, remotely.
ESANTIC Lab’s Impact:
Since its inception, ESANTIC Lab has made significant strides in empowering individuals and bridging the digital skills gap. With 7 dedicated employees, we have achieved a revenue of $6,000 and have registered 6,000 job seekers, with 340 having completed at least one internship through our program. We have established partnerships with 14 host companies across 6 different countries, including the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Spain, France, and India.
Our Future Goals:
Looking ahead, our goal by 2026 is to reach 10,000 interns, whether employed or active freelancers, in 200 host companies, with an estimated revenue of one million dollars. However, to accelerate our growth and make a more significant impact, we need support from various stakeholders.
