What is the Virtual Career and Internship Fair Series?
Actively recruiting employers will be available to virtually network with candidates to discuss full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities, including in-person, virtual, or hybrid roles. This career and internship fair is open to all Rutgers University students and alumni. Do NOT miss out on this opportunity to schedule and connect directly with a recruiter to gain greater insight into an organization and its hiring needs. How does the Virtual Career and Internship Fair work?
Prepare for the fair by exploring the list of participating organizations for the fair you wish to attend and creating your profile.
A week prior to the event date, you can schedule 20-minute one-on-one chats with employers. Login with the event link, enter the fair, select an employer’s booth of interest, check out the available information and resources, and go to “Reserve a Chat Slot.” Your reserved chat will take place at the time you chose on the event date.

Big Interview allows you to upload your resume and LinkedIn profile and get feedback to improve your resume and optimize your LinkedIn profile.
Schedule an appointment in Rutgers Handshake with a career advisor to assist you (Passnumerix Acadeny students and alumni) with a range of career-related issues on an individual basis.
