Empowering African Job Seekers for Global Opportunities

Serge Soro was born in Cote d’Ivoire and later moved to the Netherlands to pursue his studies in education sicences at Hogeschool Rotterdam one of the best business schools in Holland before later switching to a career in Digital Marketing.

With years of experience working with companies abroad, particularly in the US, Canada, and the Netherlands, Serge Soro is a seasoned professional in the field of digital marketing.

Throughout his career, Serge Soro has been passionate about promoting gender diversity and empowering young women in the workforce. He has dedicated himself to helping African job seekers break into the industry, providing them with the tools and skills they need to succeed in the global job market.

With his extensive knowledge and experience in digital marketing, combined with his passion for education and gender equality, Serge Soro founded our courses to offer a tuition-free virtual internship program to young African job seekers, especially women, providing them with valuable professional experience working with international companies

Our Goal

No Experience or Degree Required

Our goal is to provide tuition-free virtual internships to young African job seekers, especially women, in order to help them gain valuable professional experience and break into the workforce.

Our aim is to place at least 50 students per week in internships with foreign companies, giving them access to international work experience and expanding their professional networks. Over the course of the next five years, we hope to place over 13,000 African job seekers in virtual internships, helping to bridge the gap between the African job market and the global economy.

Our approach is focused on providing high-quality, hands-on learning experiences through our virtual internship program. We work with a network of foreign companies to provide our participants with exposure to different industries and professional environments.


Our job training startup combines project-based learning (PBL) and on-the-job training (OJT) to provide a unique and powerful educational experience for our students. Through PBL, students work collaboratively to develop solutions to real-world problems, while OJT allows them to learn new skills in their workplace environment.

Our curriculum prioritizes collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to prepare our students for success in today’s job market.

Our Impact

We have placed an average of 10 students per week in internships over the past year, with a goal of increasing that number to 50 students per week in the next five years.

Our impact is not just limited to providing work experience; we are also helping to boost the local economy. By offering tuition-free internships to those who may not have had access otherwise, we are able to bring students from 0 dollars per hour to 10 dollars per hour, increasing their earning potential and contributing to their families’ financial stability. Additionally, we have seen a 60% success rate in our graduates being offered full-time positions after their internships.
